OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE FROM 1st APRIL 2016

CHAIN LANE COMMUNITY CENTRE
Hinckley Road, St. Helens, Merseyside WA11 9HT

Are you looking for a small office for your business?
Have you thought about an office in a community centre?

At Chain Lane Community Centre, we can offer small office space at a very competitive rent. Rental includes all utilities, desk(s) and chair(s). The Centre has Wi-Fi but you will need to provide your own telephone.

There is ample car parking and the Centre is on a direct bus route from St. Helens town centre and we are near the A580 East Lancashire Road.

Following restructuring, our current users, Nugent Care, with whom we’ve had a great ‘office partnership’ will no longer require the office space after the end of March.

We are looking for someone/ an organisation who would be more ‘office based’ rather than out most of the time.

Interested? Would like to visit the Centre? Want further details? Then please email ccchainlane@gmail.com or phone 07586 842 161
