Move It or Lose It

Move It or Lose It is low impact exercise class for the over 60s, developed with the Centre for Health Ageing Research at The University of Birmingham
The exercises can be done standing, seated or with chair-support.

You work to your own pace and ability, in a friendly and welcoming group. All the exercises will help you to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, coordination and confidence.

Every Monday – 10:30am – 11:30am

Chain Lane Over 50’s Social Group (Daisy Chain)

Chain Lane Community Centre has setup a social group for people over 50.

This is an Exciting opportunity to join a local group and take part in social events and trips out. It will be a group run by local people and we need your views and ideas.

Come along and meet old friends or make new ones. You’ll be very welcome. Includes chat, quiz, bingo, tea/coffee. We’d love to see you.
