The Centre itself offers flexible spaces for groups to meet, train, socialise and learn. We have a large Hall with separate kitchen, a Lounge with separate kitchen, a training room, and two small rooms for one-to one or small group meetings. There is also a multi-denominational Chapel within the Centre, holding regular services in Sign Language and spoken English.

*D/deaf refers to people who are profoundly Deaf, deafened, Hard of Hearing or DeafBlind

Finding somewhere that offers the facilities available at the DRC is very difficult and it is my view that your centre provides an essential service to the people of St Helens.

The Deafness Resource Centre means so much to us, as it’s our group’s home. The hall is beautiful; it feels safe, it’s bright and very welcoming. Our group get double the attendance at the Centre than any other session throughout the week.
