The University of the 3rd Age(U3A) have secured the services of a highly praised Qigong/Tai Chi teacher who will train you in this gentle exercise which will improve both your physical and mental health. U3A membership is required.

For anyone wanting to get fit it is a low impact aerobic class, exercise to music with a friendly atmosphere, come and join us.
