Food Hygiene

Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene (Price: £15.00 + VAT)
The aim of this food hygiene training module is to introduce you to the basic principles of Food Safety and Hygiene. It is intended for anyone working in catering and for those who are preparing to work in the catering industry. This includes people wanting to work in hotels, cafes, bars, restaurants, kitchens, fast food outlets, and catering in hospitals or schools.

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering (Price: £30.00 +VAT)
This module is a self-study course (formerly known as Foundation or Basic Food Hygiene) and maps to the Industry Standards set by People 1st, the Sector Skills Council for the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism industries. This course is aimed at anyone working in catering or hospitality whether employed or self-employed, working in restaurants, hotels, fast food outlets, takeaways, cafes, bars, kitchens, catering in hospitals, schools and colleges. It allows every catering business, regardless of size, to provide all staff with first class training at a fraction of the cost and disruption of classroom based training.

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Retail (Price: £30.00 + VAT)
This module is a self-study course (formerly known as Foundation or Basic Food Hygiene) and maps to Industry Standards in Food Safety and Hygiene as published by Skill smart Retail Ltd, the Sector Skills Council for the Retail. This course will benefit anyone working in retail, for example, supermarkets, small and large grocery stores, butchery, bakery, fish and farm shops, market stalls and delicatessens.

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Manufacturing (Price: £30.00 + VAT)
This module is a self-study course (formerly known as Foundation or Basic Food Hygiene) and maps Industry Standards in Food Safety and Hygiene as published by Improve Ltd, the Sector Skills Council for the Food and Drink Manufacturing Industry in the UK. This course will benefit anyone working in food processing, manufacturing, food assembly, packing and food storage. It allows every manufacturing business, regardless of size, to provide all staff with first class training at a fraction of the cost and disruption of classroom based training.

Level 3 Supervising Food Safety (Price: £150.00 + VAT)
The aim of this course is to provide a broad knowledge of food safety and food hygiene. Leaners who have undertaken this course will have the appropriate knowledge and understanding to be able to take responsibility for food safety monitoring procedures, to identify food safety hazards, take appropriate action in the light of these hazards and contribute to improvements in food safety practice. It is an ideal link between the “Food Safety and Hygiene (Level 2)” course and the more advanced “Level 4 in Managing Food Safety in Catering”.
